Starters range from izakaya staples like fried burdock root and crispy ham cutlets to natto-forward creations like natto tofu gratin and a sticky salad, part of an extensive menu spanning over 80 home-style dishes.

Beyond classic drinking fare, the kitchen prepares a playful roster of heartier plates. Offerings include a fried-egg pizza, garlic-infused yakisoba noodles dubbed peperoncino-soba, mentaiko spaghetti, and a rich cheese risotto. Hearty meat and egg courses—such as salt-grilled browned chicken, Heisei chicken shigure topped with grated daikon radish, and fluffy rolled omelets—round out the selections for a satisfying dinner.

To match the food, the bar pours over 10 varieties of sake on a rotating list, alongside more than 20 authentic shochu selections featuring labels like Maou, Isami, Mitake, and Daiyame.
